Best Pancakes Ever

The title of this blogpost says it all. One time, I made the most delicious pancakes, and even Ben, my husband/in-house pancake connoisseur, appreciated them.

Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
-¾ cup milk
-2 tbs white vinegar
-1 cup flour
-2 tbs white sugar
-1 tsp baking powder
-½ tsp baking soda
-½ tsp salt
-1 egg
-2 tbs butter, melted

Directions:
1. Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and let sit for about 5 minutes.
2. Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
3. Whisk egg and milk into the milk/vinegar mixture.
4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix. You will notice the batter foam up a little bit when you do this. Resist the urge to mix it more to get rid of that. The foaminess/bubbles are what make them fluffy and amazing.
5. Spray a pan and cook those pancakes! They are delicious!
